William Schroeder is a Partner and is the Co-Founder of Miller Strategic Partners LLP. He is based in New York City.
Experience –
For several decades, Schroeder has been a highly sought after senior advisor to a range of global corporate and financial institution entities and executives on their most important and sensitive litigation, investigation, and white collar matters. He has represented clients in investigations involving the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the National Futures Association (NFA), the Department of Justice (DOJ), a number of self regulatory organizations, and multiple other Federal and state regulatory bodies. He has also advised boards of directors and executives on major company impactful commercial disputes and litigation. In addition, Schroeder has frequently advised companies and senior management on anticipating, responding to, and navigating crisis scenarios.

Public Service and Public Policy Initiatives
Schroeder has participated in a number of public service and bar association activities, including advising not-for-profit agencies, serving on the boards of youth and family services organizations and serving as secretary to the Council on Children for the New York City Bar Association. Since 2006, Bill has served as a Co-Founder and Leadership Team member for the Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies Initiative, which is focused on advancing diversity in the legal and financial services professions. He also served for many years as a member of the Sullivan & Cromwell LLP Diversity Committee. Schroeder has been recognized by the American Bar Association and a number of other organizations for his numerous public service activities.
